Staff Member Spotlight: Jimmi Phillips

Meet Jimmi Phillips, a member of the Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation Finance Department. Within the Finance Department, Jimmi serves as a Controller.

Jimmi began working for the Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation in April 2018. Her main duties are to manage the budget and financials for the Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation. In her role, she makes sure the organization’s income and expenses are accounted for in order to meet its planned financial goals.

“Even though I am in the office all day, I like knowing I am still helping our farmers and ranchers,” Jimmi says. “Their jobs are important to our well-being, so being able to couple my desire to help them do their jobs better and my love of math makes me excited to come to work.”

When Jimmi is not at work, she likes to spend time with her family, especially her two nieces and one nephew. She also likes to assist with community church activities and read biographies.
