Question: Why did you choose to attend Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation’s Safety Camp this summer?
I chose to come to Safety Camp this year because my cousin died in a car accident. Since I’m about to get my license, my grandmother wanted me to come learn how to be safer on the road. I’m a good driver, but I sometimes drive a little bit faster than I should, so she wanted me to come so I could learn my limits. I really enjoyed my experience at Safety Camp because I met lots of new people and I learned a lot.
Katelyn Williamson is a 15-year-old from Monroe County. Katelyn attended Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation’s Safety Camp for the first time last summer.
