We want more people involved in Farm Bureau, including women. Women have good, powerful voices. We all have ideas, and strengths and weakness. We have to figure out how to work together and how to incorporate everyone’s ideas in order to become a stronger organization. The Women’s Leadership program helps women step outside of their comfort zone and figure out how to voice their thoughts and opinions.
