Butter Pecan Cake
After enjoying butter pecan ice cream all summer, I wanted to transfer the flavor into a non-melting dessert for fall. After a few attempts, the Butter Pecan Cake took shape. I set out to develop a cake that celebrates Mississippi pecans and is also easy to transport. This cake is sturdy enough to travel to any gathering.
